3 down, 1 to go. This past week, Liam graduated from high school! He is headed off to USC to study mechanical engineering, (just like Jonny) but we spent the weekend celebrating his graduation. It all started on Friday with the commencement ceremony. It feels like just yesterday I was watching Jonny cross the stage. Liam & I are grad buddies this year though, so there was even more cause for celebration.

^^ sadly, our headmaster was leaving, so he graduated with the class of 2016!

After receiving the actual diploma comes all the festivities. A two hour ceremony makes you pretty hungry, so I was way too excited for dinner at Hys, one of Vancouver’s oldest steak houses. With fresh caesar salads & flambé made table-side &, of course, steaks to die for, I was in heaven.

The big event that all the grads wait for is the final event…the Grad Ball! We had some champagne & appetizers at our place before heading to the hotel ballroom.
